I'd totally give President Benjamin Franklin an honorary degree
Currently, my roommate is in Arizona to watch her brother get a real degree from Arizona State University, the college that refuses to give commencement speaker and President Barack Obama an honorary degree. Caroline's reaction? "Dude, if they will give my brother a degree before he's even finished all his requirements, and will give one to all his frat brothers, they should definitely give our President a degree." This video from last night's episode of The Daily Show is only thing that better sums up just how retarded this situation is:

Wow. I'd like to say I'm shocked. But...it's Arizona.
It's just so ridiculous. Like, if you want to make a statement about how people who receive honorary degrees should actually be worthy of the honor, use Jon Bon Jovi as an example, not our lovely, smart and capable President. I'm just SAYIN'.
